Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours before entering production or being prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Hair Extension Orders

Orders containing bundles, closures, frontals, and Lavish Essentials are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after processing.

Custom Wig Orders

Custom wig processing begins after your order has been placed, your Custom Order Authorization Form has been submitted, and — for Bring Your Own Hair orders — your approved hair has been received.

Once production begins, custom wig orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. Rush orders ship within 3–5 business days after production begins; rush processing does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Blaq Lavish Extensions is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once accepted by the carrier, or for delays caused by an incorrect shipping address.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if there has been a mistake on our behalf, and must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
