Refund Policy

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed if there has been a mistake on our behalf. Email us at customerservice@blaqlavishextensions.com if you need to exchange an item. Exchanges must be made within 5 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Processing and Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 48–72 hours. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. There is a $20 flat rate shipping fee for all online orders. Blaq Lavish Extensions is not responsible for orders that are lost/stolen in transit.
