Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of your order being delivered.

Condition requirements

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours before entering production or being prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Hair extension orders

Orders containing bundles, closures, frontals, and Lavish Essentials are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after processing.

Custom wig orders

Custom wig processing begins after:

• Your order has been placed
• Your Custom Order Authorization Form has been submitted
• (Bring Your Own Hair orders only) Your approved hair has been received

Once production begins, custom wig orders typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Rush orders

Customers who purchase Rush My Order will have their custom wig shipped within 3–5 business days after all required items have been received and production begins.

Rush processing does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping responsibility

Blaq Lavish Extensions is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Blaq Lavish Extensions is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
