3BYOH Hair Approval

This section applies to Bring Your Own Hair orders only.

I understand my hair must be approved before construction begins.
I understand Blaq Lavish Extensions reserves the right to decline hair that is excessively damaged, cut, heavily processed, or otherwise unsuitable for construction.
4Order Confirmations
I confirm that the cap size or custom measurements provided with my order are accurate and will be used to create my custom wig. *
I confirm that my shipping address is correct. *
I have reviewed my order and understand that the customization options selected at checkout — including my cap size, closure size, texture, length, style, cut, color, lace option, and any additional services — will be used to create my custom wig. *
I understand processing begins only after my payment has been received, this authorization form has been completed, and — for BYOH orders — my approved hair has been received by Blaq Lavish Extensions. *
5Custom Order Agreement

I understand my custom wig is made specifically for me based on the selections I made when placing my order. *
I understand that all custom wig sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. *
I understand that inspiration photos are used as a reference only. Final results may vary depending on the hair texture, length, density, color, and other customization options selected. *
I understand that once production has begun, changes to my order may not be possible. *
I understand that processing times do not include shipping time. *

I understand that Blaq Lavish Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or delays caused by the shipping carrier. *
