Processing Time

48–72 business hours before entering production or shipment prep. Business days are Monday–Friday.

Hair Extension Orders

Bundles, closures, frontals, and Lavish Essentials ship within 2–3 business days after processing.

Custom Wig Orders

Processing begins once your order is placed, your Custom Order Authorization Form is submitted, and (BYOH only) your approved hair is received. Ships within 7–10 business days after production begins.

Rush Orders

Ships within 3–5 business days after production begins. Rush processing does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email. Transit times are estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed. Blaq Lavish Extensions is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being accepted by the carrier, or for delays from an incorrect shipping address.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if there has been a mistake on our behalf, and must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
